Refund & Cancellation Policy

Last updated: 6 July 2026 · Live at readwithecho.com

Short version: you can cancel any time and keep access until the end of the period you’ve paid for, and if a paid plan isn’t right for you we offer a 14-day money-back guarantee.

Cancelling your subscription

You can cancel whenever you like — no email or phone call needed:

  1. Open Echo and go to Plans & Pricing (or Account → your subscription).
  2. Click Manage subscription, which opens the secure billing portal run by Lemon Squeezy, the merchant of record for your subscription.
  3. Choose Cancel there.

When you cancel, your plan stops renewing. You keep your paid features until the end of the current billing period, then your account moves to the free tier. Your saved words, progress, and notebook stay with you.

Refunds

14-day money-back guarantee. If you’re not happy with a paid plan, contact us within 14 days of the charge and we’ll refund it in full — no hard feelings.

Because Lemon Squeezy is the merchant of record, refunds are issued through Lemon Squeezy; we authorise them on our side. Nothing in this policy limits the statutory consumer rights you may have under the law where you live.

Free trials & free tier

Where a free trial is offered, you won’t be charged until it ends, and you can cancel before then to avoid any charge. Echo’s free tier is always free and doesn’t require a payment method.
